USCA 1st Circuit Online Library
Welcome to the U.S. Court Appeals for the 1st Circuit Online Library.
The Library collects 1st Circuit reports of decision 1994 - present. Decisions are collected in three volumes:
- Vol. 3, 2002 - (2005)
- Vol. 2, 1998 - 2001
- Vol. 1, 1994-1997*
The Library archives the full text of decisions in presentation quality html and plain text formats. The html formatted reports include summaries of and links to authorities cited in the text of the decisions.
Accessing Decisions
Decisions can be retrieved by date, caption, case number and/or by relevancy ranked full text search.
Annual Supplements
The Library collects decisions into Annual Supplements:
Tables of decisions for each supplement are published in:
- Web ready html format;
- Database ready plain text format;
- Syndication ready Rich Site Summary (RSS) and custom XML formats.
