The USCA Library collects Federal appellate reports of decision 1994 - Present for each of the 13 Federal appellate circuits.
Decisions can be retrieved from annual volumes found on each of the USCA circuit home pages shown on the list above and at right.
In additon decisions can be retrieved by date, caption, case number and/or by relevancy ranked full text search using the form search at top right.

About the USCA Library
The USCA Library archives the full text of decisions in presentation quality html as well as wrapped plain text content.
The .html reports include citator analysis as well as live links to primary authorities cited in the text of the decisions.
There are currently 25,000 decisions reported in the collection.
Decisions for each circuit are collected in three volumes: Vol. 1, 1994-1997; Vol. 2, 1998-2001; Vol. 3, 2001-(2004).
Complete Volume 2 reports of decision are currently online for 9 out the 13 circuits.
Current Volume 3 reports of decision are maintained online for 10 out the 13 circuits.
